Knee-type Deep Hole Drilling Machine

A series of deep hole drilling machine tools in the drill diameter range of 1.5-20mm and drilling depth up to 1000mm for off –center drilling micro gun drilling machine can be provided with 1,2,or 3 spindles. configuration depending on drill diameter specification.  All machines will be supplied fully guarded according to the CE specifications

KBA series has precision ground ball screw and servo control with Fanuc CNC control. It has drilling capacity of 1.5 – 20 mm with drilling depth upto 1,000 mm.

The simple fixturing allow customer to do quick change over between different molds.
The canned cycles in CNC control can be utilized with Cartesian or Polar programming for different hole patterns.
The high pressure coolant with oil chiller can reduce the cycle time to maximize the productivity.
All machines will be supplied fully guarded according to the CE specifications.
